Karen sees patients throughout West Oxfordshire and The North Cotswolds. If you would like to be seen outside of this area then please contact Karen to discuss prices.

Karen can offer you appointments at The Witney Physiotherapy Centre, Oxfordshire or a home visit within your own home or a residential care home.

Prices

Payment is required at each appointment by cash or personal cheque unless you are covered by health insurance.

Karen is recognised by all of the major health insurance providers. Most health insurance providers require you to have a referral from a GP or a Specialist Respiratoy Consultant. Please contact your health insurance provider to obtain a pre-authorisation number prior to booking your appointment. Insured fees are negotiated individually with each insurance company. Where fees are rejected for payment by an insurance company, the self-pay rates will apply.

Please note that there is no oxygen available within the clinic. If you require long term oxygen and you have an ambulatory oxygen cylinder, please bring this with you to your appointments. There is disabled access and parking available outside The Witney Physiotherapy Centre. Should you require assistance getting into the clinic, please let someone know when you book your appointment so that Karen can come and meet you at your car, or you may prefer to bring someone with you to your appointment.
